Kevin Welch joins AAIC

Kevin joins AAIC as Construction Manager / Construction Administration.  His knowledge and experience rests in the operations and management side of construction projects.  His duties start in the construction documentation phase and continue through the course of construction.  He provides constructability reviews of the design prior to issuing bids.  He also assists with managing the bidding phase to expedite the start of construction.  During construction, Kevin is the liaison between the design team and field construction team to facilitate and coordinate the owner’s expectations.

Kevin has served in the United States Air Force Reserve since 2008, as an Engineer at Scott Air Force Base. He has been on multiple deployments overseas and various smaller assignments across the world with the Civil Engineering Squadron he serves in. On those assignments he is responsible for designing and estimating new projects, project and construction management, and topographical and construction surveying.

Kevin resides in Highland, IL with his wife Rachel and daughter Charlie.  He enjoys cooking with his family, playing Dungeons & Dragons with his friends, and reading one of his myriad of books series.   

Kevin is currently working on the Caseyville Police Station Addition and the Madison County Annex Building Interior Build-Out.
