Introducing Ken Johnson

Help us in welcoming Ken Johnson who has joined AAIC inc. as Construction Administrator.  With an Associate’s degree from Belleville Area College/SWIC, Ken brings 42 years of experience in the AEC (architecture/engineering/construction) industry.

Ken resides in Godfrey, Illinois with his wife Dr. Christy Darin, they have two grown children and three grandchildren and enjoys traveling, camping, and attending out of town NASCAR, Cardinals, and Blues games. His hobbies include building old Harley’s, collecting antique copper items, collecting, and evaluating bourbon.

Ken’s responsibilities include oversight of the administrative process during construction, quality control of construction documents, estimating and budgeting, contractor coordination, scheduling, and client relations.
