In 2020 AAIC completed a Space Needs Analysis for a new police station for the Village of Caseyville. AAIC assisted the Village in a grant application that culminated in $4M funding through the State of Illinois.
In 2022 the Village of Caseyville proceeded with AAIC in full design of a new facility, which is 12,800 sq. ft. and houses a secured site and hardened entrance lobby, EOC/training facilities, administrative offices, service-patrol department, interview rooms, evidence storage, prisoner processing, sally port, holding cells, fitness, and support spaces.
Renovations to the existing Village Hall was added to the scope to include a hardened vestibule lobby area, upgrades to office and multipurpose spaces, and adding solar array for onsite power generation.
AAIC was also awarded the Construction Management role, overseeing the site management, project management, and contractor coordination throughout construction. Construction of the facility is scheduled to start in Winter of 2024 and complete in the beginning of 2025.
