Renovation of the historic Lincoln School into an upgraded, accessible facility that includes:
  • Instructional multi media classrooms
  • Multipurpose facilities including a meeting center and lecture halls
  • Offices, conferences and reception/work areas
Future phases of the project will include an $18 million conference center.
  • Conference center to accommodate 1,200 people with flexible meeting and gathering space.
  • A multi-story STEM Center housing science, technology, engineering and math programming.
  • Additional parking, including a new parking structure.
  • A new hotel and entertainment center.
