Josh Grenzebach, with a Bachelor’s degree in Architecture from SIU Carbondale and an Associate’s degree from John A. Logan in Construction Management, brings over twenty-five years of invaluable experience from the design and construction world, we are excited to announce his role in Project Management/Field Observation. His responsibilities will encompass crucial tasks such as overseeing the administrative process during construction, ensuring quality control of construction documents, managing estimating and budgeting, coordinating with contractors, scheduling, fostering strong client relations as well as providing field observation. Josh’s expertise will be instrumental in steering our exciting projects forward, including the new Caseyville Police Department, renovations at Alton Mental Health Center, and improvements at Menard Correctional Center.
Josh resides in Marine, Illinois with his wife Kristen, who is a Talent Program Director at Elevance Health for 19 years, his daughter Alixandria that attends McKendree University pursuing a BA in Psychology with a minor in Sports Psychology and plays softball for the Bearcats, his daughter Avery that attends Father McGivney Catholic High School who is heavily involved with Fellowship of Christian Athletes and plays softball and golf for the Griffins and their 8 year old chocolate lab, Kona Boo (born on Halloween). He enjoys family time, is an avid golfer and enjoys traveling around the country watching his daughters play softball. Welcome back to the team Josh!
