Dear Valued Clients, Partners, and Community Members,

We are thrilled to announce that AAIC Inc. has embarked on an exciting new journey with the relocation of our main office from Collinsville to Belleville, Illinois. After over six decades of calling our iconic structure in Collinsville home, we are now set to embrace new horizons.

The building, a testament to our founder Charles C. Morris’s vision, has stood proudly since 1963. Through the dedication of Calvin C. Morris and the team, it evolved into the recognizable landmark it is today, nestled between Interstate 55/70 and Beltline Rd. Its legacy will forever hold a special place in our hearts.

While bidding farewell to our cherished home brings a tinge of sadness, we are fueled by the anticipation of what lies ahead. Our new address at 15 E. Washington, Belleville, Illinois, marks the beginning of a fresh chapter for AAIC Inc. Additionally, we are excited to announce the opening of a satellite office at 600 Troy Rd, Edwardsville, Illinois, further expanding our reach. Moreover, we remain committed to nurturing our St. Louis, Missouri satellite office as it continues to thrive.

With this move comes the introduction of two distinct divisions within AAIC Inc.: Design Services and Construction Services. Our core Design Services will persist, offering top-notch Architecture and Project Management solutions tailored to clients across multiple states.  Complementing this, our new Construction Services division will provide expertise in Construction Management advisory, municipal inspection and code review services, and Owner Representative services.
