    Providing architectural design services, AAIC assisted the owners in facilitating the construction documents, permitting process and contractor coordination of the interior renovations at Fairmount Park in Collinsville, IL.  The process included rebranding the facility as FanDuel Sportsbook and Horse Racing.
FanDuel and Fairmount Park are involved in a multi-million dollar reinvestment in the horse racetrack.  In the first stage of revitalization, existing venue square footage was repurposed for an all new FanDuel Sportsbook location.  This retail location includes a large sit-down lounge with a plethora of tv's for live sports viewing, self-service betting kiosks, and live betting agents ready to assist.  The updates, consistent with current FanDuel Sportsbook standards created a unique destination coupled with the classic comfort Fairmount Park horse racing has provided for over 95 years.  In addition to the sportsbook, a new office suite was added to the renovation to house the requirements set fourth through the State of Illinois.
